1. Services We Provide

We offer the following light-duty roadside assistance services in Mason and Thurston Counties, Washington:

  Jump starts

  Vehicle and home lockouts

  Flat tire changes and tire inflation

  Fuel delivery (you pay for the fuel)

  On-site motorcycle tire and tube service

We do NOT offer towing or vehicle transport of any kind.

2. No Guarantees

  We will make every reasonable effort to help you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve your issue (e.g., certain lockouts, dead batteries, or key fob programming may not be possible on all vehicles).

  Success depends on the vehicle’s condition, make, model, year, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Payment Terms

  Payment is due at the time of service via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card (if available).

  Prices are listed on our flyers, website, and Google Business Profile. After-hours, holiday, and inclement weather rates apply (+40%).

  Fuel delivery: You pay for the fuel + service fee.

  No refunds after service has begun.

4. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Moose & Goose LLC, its owners, and operators from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including vehicle damage, personal injury, or loss of property) arising from or related to our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for:

  Pre-existing damage to your vehicle

  Damage caused by your vehicle’s mechanical condition

  Indirect or consequential damages

5. Customer Responsibilities

  You must provide accurate location and vehicle information.

  You must ensure it is safe for us to perform the service.

  You are responsible for securing any loose items in your vehicle.

  You represent that you are the owner or have legal authority to authorize work on the vehicle.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  Cancellations must be made before we arrive.

  If we arrive on scene and you cancel or are unreachable, you may be charged a trip fee / dispatch fee.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Thurston County, Washington.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
